Overview
The USB-C to Digital AV Multiport Adapter allows you to connect your Mac, iPad, or iPhone with a USB-C port to an HDMI display. Additionally, you can connect a standard USB device and a USB-C charging cable through this adapter.
With this adapter, you can mirror your Mac, iPad, or iPhone display on a TV or monitor with an HDMI port.
3840 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz on:
- iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, 11-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro (3rd generation and newer), 16-inch MacBook Pro (2019), 15-inch MacBook Pro (2017 and newer), 13-inch MacBook Pro (four Thunderbolt 3 ports, 2020), MacBook Air (2020), 27-inch iMac (Retina 5K, 2017 and newer), 21.5-inch iMac (Retina 4K, 2017 and newer), and iMac Pro (2017 and newer)
1080p at 60 Hz or UHD (3840 x 2160) at 30 Hz on:
- iPad Air (4th generation), MacBook Air (2018 and newer), MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016 and newer), MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016), iMac (non-Retina, 21.5-inch, 2017), and Mac mini (2018)
Simply connect the adapter to a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 connector (USB-C) on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone and then to your TV or projector via an HDMI cable (sold separately).
On the standard USB port, you can connect devices such as a USB stick or camera. Or use a USB cable for syncing and charging your iOS devices. You can also connect a charging cable to the USB-C port to charge your Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
